Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped for free worldwide. A minimum of three working days is usually needed to ship stock products. The amount and size of orders are unlimited.

Please allow 3 working days for the order to be processed.

Almost all countries are subjected to a delivery period of 10-15 days (excluding processing time). When you receive your order confirmation e-mail and your shipping email, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track your order online from anywhere. We will deliver your order to your home. Your nearest post office may be able to help if you don’t receive your order despite the tracking code saying it’s been delivered.

Note: We ship the products all over the world, all shipments are made from Asia.

Returns

Providing complete customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If you receive a defective product, you have 15 days after receiving it to return it. The shipping costs for returning the item to us are your responsibility. You will receive a refund after we receive it.

We have a 15-day policy. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once 15 days have passed from the delivery date.

The product must be unused and undamaged in order to be eligible for a return. Original packaging is also required. Please provide us with a receipt if you are returning an item.

– Do not send your purchases back to the label shown in the shipping package –

The item returned may only be partially refunded in some situations (if possible). There is damage or missing parts on the item for reasons outside our control. Returns received after the 15 day period have passed.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your item once it has been received and checked. Your refund will also be approved or declined based on our decision. You will receive a refund and your credit card or form of payment will automatically be credited, once your refund has been approved.

Refunds that are late or lost (if possible) Check your bank account again if you haven’t received your refund yet. If your credit card company has not released the refund yet, you must contact them. Your bank should then be contacted. Before recovery is released, there is usually some processing time involved. Items displayed (if possible): Only items purchased at regular price can be refunded, sales items cannot.

Exchanges (if any): If an item is damaged or defective, we will replace it. To exchange it for the same item, please email [email protected]

Upon returning an item, it is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges. You will be refunded minus the returned shipping cost if you received a refund. Your mutual product may take longer or shorter to arrive depending on where you live. Shipping items over $75 may require the use of a shipping service that tracks or insures the item. Your return will not be accepted if we don’t receive it.
